Arianna is the Latin derivative of the Grecian name Ariadne, meaning "Chaste" or "Very holy". Ariadne was daughter of King Minos of Crete and his queen, Pasiphae, daughter of Helios, the Sun-titan. She aided Theseus in overcoming the Minotaur and later became the bride of the god Dionysus.
About the Earrings
----------------------
Simply divine! These earrings are created from scratch with sterling silver square wires, soldered and hammered lightly to harden. 14k goldfilled wires are then wrapped onto the frame, enclosing the sterling silver accents. A drop of faceted citrine is then dangled from above - providing an eye catching sparkle when light hits.
Length : under 1.6"
